Paying by Check
You may pay by check instead of credit card if you wish. Use the "Shopping Cart' as you would if paying by credit card. Complete all information but when asked for a credit card number put in all zeros (16 of them). Then mail your check to the address below. it would be helpful to print your order confirmation and include a copy with your check.

Shipping
Shipping and Handling Charges are based on total order value. However, bulky or heavy items may have added shipping charges. You will be notified prior to shipping if the charges are significantly higher than posted.

Returns
Returned check charge: If your check is returned for insufficient funds, or NSF, (including closed accounts) you will be subject to a $25 service charge in addition to the amount of the check. In accordance with California law, failure to pay these amounts in a timely manner may subject you to further statutory penalties.
Merchandise return policy: Original receipts or other proof of purchase must accompany all store returns. All returned merchandise must be unused and in new condition. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If we ship the wrong item, or the correct item but it is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace it(dependant upon availability) with no additional shipping charges. Any other returns must have prepaid return shipping.
Educational Materials
Please Note: Manuals and other educational materials are ordered separately though your FSO-MA or FC.
Public Educational Materials may be ordered online using a credit card or check. Only the FSO-PE,
FSO-MA or FC may order PE materials using a Flotilla check.

The Coast Guard Auxiliary, District 11NR District Store uses 'cookies' to collect information from our users. These cookies are used to keep track of items added to the cart, and in the future with other features on the site. The sender's return email address will be used to respond to comments and questions and may be made available to other members of the Auxiliary for the same purpose.
